Sign up online. Your free shadow week starts: we run your real recall list, but nothing sends until you have read and approved how it sounds.

Upload your patient export in the dashboard: CSV, Excel or PDF, straight from your practice system. That is the only homework.

No number swapping, no phone line changes. Recallist texts from a dedicated number in your practice's name. Your existing phones and your own WhatsApp are untouched.

Review the sorted list, see the exact messages, send a test to your own phone, and approve. WhatsApp setup runs in the background if you want it; texting works from day one either way.

Sending starts at a steady daily rate inside your chosen hours. Bookings appear pencilled in your dashboard for your team to confirm.

The exit is as clean as the entrance, and we would rather you knew that up front.
Cancel any time
When your subscription ends, uploads and new sending stop straight away. Patients mid-conversation are never ghosted; their replies are still answered politely.
Your data stays safe
Your results remain visible read-only, and everything picks up where it left off if you rejoin.
The bill is settled honestly
Any win-back success fees still outstanding are gathered onto one final invoice, and that is the end of it.
